It has always been a dream to me to travel in South America. One day, I have finally decided to get up, pack my bags and as I stepped outside the door, I finally said, "This is it!" and it feels so liberating. As I started this journey, there is only one phrase that lingers in my mind and it is, "Just to live for today and not think of tomorrow". So whenever I experience obstacles in my adventures (cause it's something that you can't get rid of), I hold on to the thought of enjoying the moment and as the saying goes "YOLO".
Starter Pack:
1.) Make sure you bring all the essentials needed, most especially your basic and broken Spanish skills and your killer smile. (Note: People from South America hardly speaks English, so if you can't speak the language at least you have your SMILE to show when you don't understand a thing).
2) Travel Lite - coz you don't wanna be hopping on buses with heavy baggages.
The list of cities and countries (in order) that I have travelled by the bus:
1) Sao Paulo, Brazil
2) Belo Horizonte, Brazil
3) Florianopolis, Brazil
4)Foz de Iguaçu , Brazil
5) Assuncion, Paraguay
6) Santa Cruz, Bolivia
7) Sucre, Bolivia
8) Salar Uyuni, Bolivia
9) La Paz, Bolivia
10) Cusco, Peru
11) Arequipa, Peru
12) Calama , Chile
13) Salta , Argentina
14) Cordoba , Argentina
15) Rio Gallegos , Argentina
16) El Calafate , Argentina
17) Ushuaia, Argentina
18) Buenos Aires, Argentina
One of the best part of my journey, making new friends along the way.
We only have one life, make sure you don't waste it! :)
