Going to Dubai was the most random trip I ever had. We decided to do this trip just a few days before we booked our flight. I was looking for a country that I and my girlfriend haven't been to and so we figured the nearest one that has so much to see -- Dubai, UAE.

We stayed there for about 25 days and it surely is a wonderful place to go to if....

1) You are looking for a job

2) You are looking for a nice and safe place to consider living and working

3) You are on a vacation (I meant in a real vacation where you spent loads of money because Dubai is quite expensive)

It is surely a city that is surrounded by its beautiful culture and tradition. We stayed in Dubai for 25 days and we have so much fun going around the city and exploring their food and their culture. Within 25 days we managed to go to the following places :

1) JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residences) - the most touristic place in the city, full of tourists and the city that doesn't sleep. If there is New York in the US, there is also JBR in Dubai. You'll find the most expensive clubs there and the most expensive cars. It is the area where you'll see random people flying in the sky (yes, they can fly) -- just kidding. We lived next to Skydive Dubai, so that explains the flying people. It is home to Dubai's beautiful beaches with the most amazing view of the Palm. We got lucky enough to stayed there for 20 days.

2) Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa -- nothing much to say, just it is truly an amazing beautiful building with a stunning fountain and light show.

3) Burj Al Arab - The stunning hotel with a beautiful beach coast, not to mention extremely expensive and exclusive. We managed to squeeze ourselves in through Jumeirah Hotel. Lucky enough, we wasn't caught exploring around.

4) Old Souk, Creek Side - I would say, one of the most stunning places in Dubai - a must visit area. This is where you'll see the Old Dubai with its stunning culture and tradition. I loved every angle of this place!

5) Soukh Madinat - A beautiful market with the view of Burj Al Arab. Shame that we visited there at night time but definitely would recommend this place!

6) Atlantis, The Palm - We were able to get inside and take a closer look and we found out that.... other than being expensive and posh, it has the most chill interior of all the luxury hotels we've been to.

7) Desert Safari, Hattah - Of course, we'd never leave Dubai without experiencing the most exciting Desert Safari where you'll spin around the deserts with a big car and experience the middle-of-nowhere belly dancing, arabic henna tattoo by the locals, Camel riding and the exotic arabic food with lots and lots of... water (we all know that alcohol is not allowed there). We'd never miss that for the world.

8) Ferrari World, Abu Dhabi - One of the highlights of our trips where we never planned on. Our friend just came and told us that we are going there and damn! It was my first time to experience that kind of rides and it was just AMAZING. It was just crazy how it has so many filipinos there and we got it with a very discounted price since it was a Filipino Fiesta day. Happy to have experienced "The World's Fastest and longest rides". Also, though it wasn't the most pleasant time to go in the Formula 1 Race Station (yes, it was hot and my friends were whining about walking to go there, but I pushed it anyway), at least I managed to get there as it always means a lot to me to go and see the place itself.

9) Al Rigga, Rigga - The most prime Area of Dubai in the late 1900's. Now it's just the place where you'll find good and cheap food and restaurants. You'll also see a lot of culture there since it is near the soukhs of Dubai.

Overall, Dubai is a really rich and fine city to go. If you wanna go there, make sure you have a lot of money along side. If you plan to work there, be financially ready since it's not as easy as it looks to get a job.
