When I first stepped foot in Australia -- I knew it would be another great country and experience for me. And so, not only it gave me the experience and memories, it gave me the best lesson in life. I travelled in Australia because I wanted to experience working in another country. I wanted to explore, I wanted to live, work and have fun at the same time. As they say, Australia is a country where you can work and earn good salary at the same time. I worked as a tennis coach since I was 18 years old and when I went to Australia, I was confident enough that I can easily get a job with my profession. Little did I know, it wasn't easy as I thought. I was too confident that when I arrive there, I was spending so much and I finished all the money that I saved from my work in Swiss for travelling around the West Coast of Australia and just having fun and partying. I wasn't expecting that I would come to to a point where I no longer have anything.

I was so broke that I had to stay in a car for one month. I was lucky that I met a friend that offered me her car while I look for a job. It was the moment in my life where I learned to appreciate every single day I woke up to. That was the moment where every cup of coffee that I was able to afford completes my day and I realized that there is so much more to life than just having money. The beauty of waking up everyday is just so priceless. I learned to appreciate life in ways that no one can. When I was about to decide to get back to Swiss, my friend asked me if we could play tennis in some tennis court. It was then, at that very moment of my life, changed. While I was playing, a man noticed me and told me that I play well and that if I was looking for a job, he'd be glad to recommend me to him and he gave me the number of the owner of a tennis club. When I head there, the owner immediately accepted me and that was at that point that I felt so much happiness and thankful to the world's uncertainties in life.

No matter how much you have, it will never really sum up the beauty of just waking up to each morning. We do not need anything to live, we just need to breathe and be strong enough that we can surpass whatever life brings to our table. It was one of the best highlights of my trip. I stayed for a year and when I was back on my feet again and was able to save a bit, I travelled and continued on with my passion -- Travelling.
